No. They aren't openly hostile towards humans. But they can be dangerous, just like any other wild animal. Besides, you're more likely to get attacked by a lion than a hyena. And the creature in Africa with the highest human death rate is actually the hippopotamus. :P

yea true but u know i would keep one as pet cause im told that it has a strong jaw so hard for trespasser to escape smart the trespasser cant out smart the Hyena so yea its sometimes possible to domesticate but probably in 2020 it will be posssible but we dont know when :)

Pitbulls and wolves both have really strong jaws. I'd love to won a wolf...they're so pretty. :3

Hyenas are not bad. They don't eat humans. In fact, they're more scared of humans than humans are of them, just like other species.
