This morning i drank a tall glass of नींबु पानी, नींबू पानी but it only made me और thirsty am i preganant?

Yeaht this सवाल really should have some better details... like for instance have आप even had sex? If आप haven't there's no chance that आप could be pregnant. Drinking नींबु पानी, नींबू पानी and still being thirsty isn't a sign that you're pregnant...
