Open my windows and clean my room. It forces me to get fresh air, and to get out of bed. Even if I'm behind in schoolwork, getting my half of the room clean helps give me some sort of sense of accomplishment. Also, the past few days I didn't get to work cause I was so down. I had myself convinced I just needed time to myself although it didn't work, but once I started talking to my coworkers I immediately had a high moment. Keeping in contact and getting out of my room helped me, and I didn't even expect it. I just thought I needed a vacation.
Force myself to write a workout and go to the gym, not leave until I'm done.
Clean/redecorate my room
Go for a drive
Straighten my hair
Clothes, shoes and perfume shopping - online या in store to try stuff on.
Tbh these don't really help for depressive episodes, और for when I'm just feeling low या lost. When I am being hit hard द्वारा my depression nothing really helps but to talk to my partner, a friend.. just try wait it out and convince myself it's temporary. When I'm that bad, only time helps.
