Is talking behind other persons/individuals' backs basically considered a big no-no overall?

Are आप asking only because of the consequences that might be brought if आप get find out या you're questioning the morality of those actions as well regardless of the outcome?
I believe it depends. Personally, if I happen to have an issue with people and talk about it with third parties, that means I have no problem saying it to the their faces as well. Otherwise, I won't bring it up at all as I don't see the need. Pretty much, it is all about the intent. What exactly are आप saying behind someone's back? First of all, did आप already attempted to talk to him/her and found it pointless? Are आप worried about कहा person and doing it because आप care? Are आप that afraid to confront him/her whether that fear of yours has basis या not? Is it because आप want to harm that person द्वारा creating unnecessary drama? When it comes to the last one, yes, it is considered a big no-no and shows a pretty negative side to your Character. Besides, if you're too caught up with others you'll never हटाइए आगे yourself !!!!

Its because doing so can easily create false rumors and/or perpetuate an issue to be something much bigger than what it originally was when it could have easily been cut short द्वारा talking to the person directly / being honest.

Plus it makes आप super fake and, as आप said, they are likely going to find out sooner या later.

I've beat people up for that shit. If आप don't have the balls to say it to their face, don't say it at all

I think it depends; if someone कहा something really rude to आप I think आप have the right to go घर and vent about it to someone else. But when the gossip starts then there's a problem या if the person did literally nothing to you.

Of course I prefer to either talk if out with the person या say it to their face. If not I usually just keep it to myself.

As far as it getting back to the person, let me tell आप a thing; this asshole took an लेख of mine from this site and trash talked it on a website I never even heard of. I found that shit and आप better believe I ripped that person a new one in a response लेख and then linked them to it.

Case द्वारा case thing honestly. Generally speaking if आप do that आप can seem fake but there are sometimes it's valid and/or useful for the situation. But being honest with आप if there's a shithead. I am not going to care if I talk behind them या in front of them. Hell I'll talk on the side of them just to be funny. Unless I know doing such will have an effect I do not want. I wouldn't care in reference to a shithead. Otherwise if you're talking behind someone's back to be a shithead for no other reason than just being a shithead it is definitely a problem.
