who do आप think is right--me या my parents?

here's the situation-
im @ my bffs house when my guy friend txts me and asks me 2 a movie with him and his फ्रेंड्स (both girls and guys). im all excited and everything, so i call my mom to take me there and also ask if i can go. she says no only because shes never met the guy b4! i really like him and he likes me too.(and the प्यार kind of like, not just friends) im almost 13 and hes 14. it wasnt a तारीख, दिनांक या anything, just two फ्रेंड्स going to a movie. my mom made me really sad. SO...WHO'S RIGHT??? me या my mom???

Your mom for sure. आप don't know that much about him and neither does your mom! She's being a good mother द्वारा caring who her daughter goes out with, as फ्रेंड्स या not.
