I'd choose my own! Like that unique character inside my head that I've always wanted to see and that I've meticulously spent years fine tuning. If आप could make that character a real person that I could hang out with? That'd be great.
If not, I'd probably go with....Urahara Kisuke. This not making the nitpicky distinction between cartoon and anime.
