How can I leave a टिप्पणी दे या post on someone's wall?

हे guys, its been about 3 years since I last logged on फैन्पॉप and I don't have any idea on how to टिप्पणी दे on anything या even post on someone's wall. I'm used to the old फैन्पॉप from when I was 11, now I am 16. And what happened to the chatrooms on here? Someone please help me figure out how to use this site again thank आप :D

1. That person has their account set up so that only people he/she is a प्रशंसक of can write. Try sending them a message letting them know that आप are trying to write on their wall.
2. The browser आप are using may not allow आप to write on the wall. I found that IE does not allow you, try using FF instead. That is what I use for फैन्पॉप anyway.
