Did anyone else get a "Happy Halloween" टोपी when आप visited this site today?

I got on this morning and I got a Happy हैलोवीन टोपी and clearly it isn't even October yet..Did आप guys get this टोपी as well?

Yeah, I got the International दिन of Peace 2013 and हैलोवीन 2013 टोपी as well. I don't know why we got both.
