Concerning the hunger games...

I would say no. The people who would go to या are already in hell would be the game makers. They deserve it for making kids fight for their lives. In Katniss's prediciment it was और a self defense tactic, and she was nice enough to volunteer for her sister even though she didn't have to. That should make up for the fact she killed somebody. So yeah my stand point here is she probably would not go to hell.
