He लॉस्ट the लोकप्रिय vote द्वारा a couple million, MILLION votes. Meaning और people voted for Romney to win than people who voted for Obama. So like I said, a technicality. @viktoriya Obama did NOTHING. He didn't do anything to screw the country over nor did he do anything to improve it.
