Sit on an icepack, on the couch, the icepack not placed directly on the skin(dont want frostbite do we?), pop in a movie, and wait for it to go numb.

Spread some cream/ointment/antibiotic spread on it, Band-Aid, या a wrap(depending on how large the scrape is), relax, and dont sit on anymore microphone stands xD

Be careful with this one, make sure and read all the warnings and pecautions, painkillers can be usefull in a situation like this, dose yourself correctly and double check. And again, relax!
