Do आप believe in God(s)?

या are आप atheist?

Me.........I'm not so sure any more. I've realized I carry around a Bible a lot, but am not Christian.
I call out and hope for Thor for a thunderstorm.
I sometimes think that the Roman gods are watching me.

I'm a 'mixed-belief', I believe. I don't believe in one; I believe in many.

I believe that when we die, our energy stays here. That's what create ghosts and spirits. All that energy must go somewhere, and I believe it stays. I just came to believe that people only go to Church either in fear of going to hell या to keep themselves confident they are not alone. Just for selfish reasons, really.

Either way, if God does exist, why is it he's being so mean? Worship him, या go to hell? That sounds awfully threatening. I've never experienced any of my prayers coming true, so how am I expected to believe that there is a man up in the sky with a beard, making everyone's wishes come true?

I don't know what to believe, so I consider myself to have no religion.

If God is so powerful, which He is, He shouldn't need anyone else. Besides, if that was true, having one god for each thing, Humans have no reason to exist. Humanity's sole purpose religiously is to worship God. If there were और than one then the main God would just have the minority worship him.

@Ultimate Uhhh... no??? I mean, I believe in one God as well, but that's not very solid logic. Let's take a look at the Greeks, who believed in many Gods- and looked and mainly worshiped the most powerful of Gods, Zeus. They worshiped that God as the main God. The one that rules them all- but they also worshiped and appreciated others. Now, it didn't cause them much of a peaceful existence(I believe many fights/wars began because of this), but it does make sense. From the Christian point of view, worshiping God is not the only thing humans are for. And keeping your mind open; if we were made the way many thought, scientifically, through evolution... well, what I am saying is that thinking the only reasons human live is to worship would be wrong.

There was once a time when I wasn't sure what I believed in. I believed in a large variety of things. My आदर्श वाक्य was "Believe in everything but believe in nothing".

Obviously enough, it didn't really work out. First of all, that religion didn't have much of a foundation, and सेकंड of all, it just didn't feel right. I dunno why I re-converted back to Christianity. It was just a gut-feeling I had.

I think of God as being a... a driving force of the universe, balance. Whatever controls and monitors that balance is God.

There must be both good and evil in this world, both happiness in sadness. For every extreme, there must be an opposite extreme in a place in the middle where they meet. Humans are excellent at maintaining this balance, whether we realize it या not. Deep down, we all live for balance in some way या another.

Considering that we all control and monitor balance in some way, I suppose we're all God.


Whether there be a God watching us, and whether he be good या evil या neutral, it's up to us to maintain the balance of the universe.

It's all a matter of us, our thoughts, and our actions regardless of an almighty God. There is no way around that.

That is what I have come to believe.
