I had the same problem and someone (I forget who) suggested it to me and it worked.

Try signing out and back in if आप haven't already. If it didn't work, keep those क्लब्स आप wanted to शामिल होइए in mind, and wait a little while and make sure फैन्पॉप is not glitching.
