I think it's saying that a Chinese name is How Long. What I mean is that a Chinese person is named How Long. That's why in the third panel it says: No, How Long IS a Chinese name.Notice IS is capitalized to दिखाना some expression and How Long is capitalized too as if it were a proper noun.
