Apparently आप have to contribute a lot of stuff, plus earn the respect from your fellow Fanpoppers. It seems a bit vague to me, actually. If there were lots of trolls on one club (yeah आप know which club I'm talking about) and आप don't earn their respect, then do आप still eventually get a medal? Hmmm, who knows...
