How Can Someone Tell If You're Lying?

Ok, this is just some B.S. a teacher once told me, but I'll explain it the way he did to me. The eyes. When आप ask someone a question, आप can tell if they're being truthful द्वारा their eyes... If they keep looking to their left, they're telling the truth, to the right, and they're lying. This is why... Our brain normally works on a left to right timeline of start to finish. Well in America at least या any place you'd normally read left to right. So looking to the left is like looking to the past. To the right is like looking to the future. The past is known, the future is not. So if आप look to the left आप are generally trying to find the truth, like trying to turn back the pages of your mind. To the right, your trying to write something in a blank page, या creating a lie... Like I said, Just some B.S. an old teacher of mine gave me. Take it या leave it... Whatever.

They can't tell...

But, once I had the horrible lie, and I was laughing at nothing. I even tripped over my foot.

Well, आप can tell द्वारा there pupils, if they change, then the person is lying, but that's not always completely accurate.
Another way is their दिल rate, if they lie then their दिल rate goes up, if they tell the truth it stays the same.
Unlike this, where आप can't tell either way...

Cause I am terrible at telling lies. I inevitably tell them I am lying.

Well when I lie I try to do something to make it where I don't need to look at them. If I look at them I laugh so that's how they know. But what I do is lie to myself. Like if someone says "Did आप do this?" I'll be like "no" and whisper to myself not today atleast

Most of the time no but sometimes yes. I mean can आप tell if I'm lying about lying. XD

Your pupils dilate when आप are lying. They also do this when आप see something pleasing though. Other things are nervousness, over explaining things, not being descriptive enough, and possible stuttering. Although, all of these things except the dilation can be prevented.
