No,i don't have a Journal and i remeber stuff from when 1 was 4.Also my cousin can't even remember her Brothers Birthday and she has a journal.Everyone has a speacial way of remebering things and some people can't be bothered.It shows आप need a speacial way of remebering या if if आप can't be bothered आप can just remember.

I've always attempted to keep a journal but my cousin-brother (he's my cousin but और like a brother) या my mom always read it. Then I get embarrassed. But I started one in like February and I still have it. Because I hide it amongst my other things, no one knows I even have it. My point is that I have been keeping it for a long time because I was starting to be very forgetful but now I'm not. Everytime something happens, I just pour my feelings out in it and I feel alot better. But my main concern is someone finding it and पढ़ना it. Sadly, I have fell asleep a couple times while leaving it wide open. But now I'm just careful and only right in it at certain times.
I don't think keeping a journal affects your actual memory, though some people find it easier to remember things if they write it down. I try to keep a journal to store my feelings but I always forget about it! And thats another problem- if आप were to get dementia, आप may even forget आप had a journal in the first place! In that case, it would be probably better to make sure someone आप trust knows about it.
How about, to make the memories और vivid, आप make a kind of scrapbook या चित्र diary? Just an idea ;)
I've tried to keep a journal;but I always got too busy.Though I do think its a wounderful idea and would help आप remember things that happened.I can not even remember everything I got last christmas.So yeah...keep a journal
if u r forgetful then u should write in a journal, but the best way is to keep it urself. but लेखन in a journal will let all ur emotions in to it. i dont write a journal myself but i kinda remember things happaned years ago. but the dangerous thing is that when someone reads it u r DEAD! All ur secerets are reveiled and it will totally ambarrass u but to keep the memories u could write a journal
It can't hurt anything. Journals are good self help tools for when you're losing track of yourself, they can help आप with social skills, and they can help jogg your memory when आप need it. आप just have to make a habbit of it, and stay consistant. If आप want to be detailed, make sure you're detailed every day. If आप get lazy one day, that entry is less beneficial than all the others and potentially useless.
