Does anyone have any tips to help me stop crying?

Please don't be rude about this या tell me to go to the सलाह spot या whatever because this is a serious सवाल and I really hate this!!! For some reason I cannot stop crying over small things, या even nothing, like now. I feel like I could cry forever about absolutely nothing! There's nothing bad in my life currently, so I don't even know why...! And I'm all paranoid that everyone is mad at me and that I have done something wrong which makes me cry even harder! Could आप please tell me how to calm down and stop crying? I'm begging you, it's like... indescribable, weird. And super annoying! If it's okay with you, could आप help me?!
