can आप define these for me? someone कहा them to me but i can't figure out what they mean and गूगल has been of no help.

I don't have all of them, but I could help आप with some. I'll be sure to update if I figure the others out.

1.) In other words, the person is living his life the way that others should (or, however others see fit). In saying which one of them will be thirsty, the speaker is merely telling the "audience" that he will not be "thirsty", for he has done what he should.

5.) It's like the saying "United we stand, divided we fall." आप could look at it that way; आप could find और success through unity.

6.) The beauty of man is in his way of speaking, it seems to translate. Speak logically, and in ways that can be helpful to all. Do not be biased.

7.) Think of a lion. Now think as if you're staring right at its teeth; do आप think it's smiling at you? In other words, not everything आप see can be interpreted as kind या beautiful. There's और than that in this world.

8.) Two people may be getting along, but, like said, one is carrying the burden. The outside can दिखाना many things to someone, but there is an inner meaning. One can be oblivious and happy to everything, while the other can take all of the problems and try to solve them alone.

9.) Time is सोना -- time is important. आप can't turn it back if आप did something wrong, या if आप wish to do something different. "Time waits for no one."
