Why is everyone saying no? Just beacuse आप need to किस your own brother doesn't mean you're going to have sexual connections with each other, it's acting, make-believe. Do आप think professional actors and actressess would care about who they're चुंबन as long as the दिखाना it good?
There are plenty of ways to pretend किस someone without actually connecting the flesh, it takes time and practise but it's possible so i don't see the problem.
Another thing, even if आप have to have flesh contact, आप can always पर्स your lips, just because आप need to किस 'as lovers' doesn't mean आप actually have to किस that way.

I'd do it for the pure reason that it wouldn't bother me who i'm चुंबन या supposed to kiss, as long as the दिखाना is good, the audience enjoys it and it will get me a high grade so i can use that to further my career choices, i wouldn't give a crap.

Cut class. या cut the kiss. Like, make it just look like आप two kissed when really आप just kissed his cheek या something.
