Do आप think it's wrong to make someone like आप as a friend या make someone तारीख, दिनांक you.

I told a friend that it's not a right thing to do. I mean if someone doesn't like आप या doesn't want to तारीख, दिनांक you. They why even bother I think it's just stupid and dumb to me.
