I meant how do आप make your own ऐनीमे character online?

I seen pictures of people's OCs and they were ऐनीमे and I was wondering how to make them :/

^Exactly. आप draw them first and then संपादन करे your picture and bam. आप have your own OC character...at least that's how I think आप do them. I don't know, I don't have an OC.
