The fastest way to lose weight is starvation, which I DON'T recomment at all. I know people that starved themselves and almost got to the hospital and now they have the same weight as before. Don't starve yourself. Eat three square meals a day, and don't snack in between them. Go for a long walk every day. Eat breakfast (preferably cereal)because it jumstarts your metabolism. If आप want to snack, eat fruit. Vegetables are good too. Don't drink soda या milk. And don't ear meat. Remember that losing weight should be about being healthy, not thin. Alot of thin people may look healthy on the outside but are real wrecks on the inside.
