Anoying little brother.

Ok, so my little brother who is only 14 months younger than me, barges in my room unexpectedly and sabatoges all my stuff. He doesn't respect me when I say get out! And he touches all of my stuff wothout permission. Watt should I do? Kick him in the balls या watt? Cuz he's really getting on my nerves!
