Best way to propose

There are a few cute ways to do it... Run a warm bath for the person you're going to propose to and tie the ring around a rubber duckey and put it in the water, prank her and when she's really pissed off दिखाना them the ring, या cook a nice meal and put the ring ontop of a कप केक या something. (Never inside because they could निगलना, निगल, निगल संकलन it lol) Get a remote control airplane या toy car and put it on it, या put it on an animal collar... lots of ways! lol

I don't like being put on the spot, but on a sailing नाव at night, while having रात का खाना in Italy would be nice.
