What exactly is a cap?

Apparently it's something आप get if आप visit the site on a "special" day, maybe like Xmas दिन या something I don't know but I think that's what it is. :)

Well since its close to a holiday over hear its almost valentines day. So my guess is that if आप come hear on a certain या special दिन या even a holiday such as Christmas, Saint Patrick's Day, etc... या maby even on a बिना सोचे समझे दिन who knows?
