We call oranges their name for their color.. Why dont't we call banana's 'yellow'?

If we should call banana's yellow, then I put yellow's on my cereal all the time! XD

There's और than one kind of red.We have tomatoes,remember.What would we call that?XD

Well.. maybe because there are other fruits the same color.. (Orange is almost like the only नारंगी, ऑरेंज fruit. [Kinda doubt it though])

Like, Lemons. Lemons are yellow as well..
And, like apples, tomatoes are red..

I dunno.. :P

चेरी is a color. चेरी fruits. चेरी = sorta dark red

how do आप know its not the other way around and that the color नारंगी, ऑरेंज was named after the फल O_o? so instead the color yellow would be केला, केले like today I was coloring and my केला, केले marker dried out या my apple(red) crayon broke in half.

and P.S. (I'm contradicting what I कहा above ^^)there are many रंग of apples, like सोना apples, green apples, and there's green bananas and I like the word banana.
P.S.S the world (government) just wanted to make up और words to get us even और confused than we possibly could've been. That's why they say those big words, so we don't understand half of what their saying. ^_^

i have no idea ae maybe they couldnt think of anything for it so they must have thought हे its नारंगी, ऑरेंज lets call it orange

Because the नारंगी, ऑरेंज wanted to be unique.

I think केला, केले means yellow in some other language.. not sure but... yeh :P

Because केला, केले sounds awesome XD
