i need your help this is urgent!

ok so my dog is old about like 5 या 6 या 7 and she has been limping recently. its her front left leg. i was feeling and on the right आप can feel the muscles but halfway down on the left आप feel a lump. im really scared what is this? we are going to a vet अगला Friday cuz we dont have money now and im afraid it might be serious. what if she has to be put down... i cant भालू with it i प्यार her so much!
