As in everyone deserves a सेकंड chance ALL of the time या does it depend on what they did to you?

People get सेकंड chances depending on what they did and, sometimes, the persons that got affected द्वारा those decisions. And persons learn from mistakes, so why not giving a सेकंड chance? Many of us get something wrong once in a while and we have the chance to make up for it, so yes, I do believe in सेकंड chances.
