does anyone get in trouble for crying?

I cry the most in my group of friends, I'm like the cry baby. Y'know why? I never ever cry at home. My mother says it's the most useless, stupid thing to do and I get in trouble, even though she cries like once a day! Does anyone else get in trouble for this. When my bird flew away, she called me a "stupid idiot" for crying. All my grief is shown at school.

I used to cry a lot... my boyfriend used to get mad at me, so I tried not to. I tried to stop being the pessimist and started taking an optimistic approach to life. It really helped. Now I cry only when I'm hurt beyond repair.

makes sense, it's just that when my grandfather and uncle died I did all my crying at school, all of it, I never teared up at their funerals
