Has फैन्पॉप ever not allowed आप to answer picks?

Sometimes if I want to make a choice, या प्रशंसक someone/something, या save something to favorites, I can click on it but all it does is bring me to the चोटी, शीर्ष of the page and I just can't do it. Anyone know why? I can't answer क्विज़ either but can do everything else.
