I think this सवाल has been asked before so i'll copy what i remember of the answer i read LOL
I think they way to become a die-hard/dedicated प्रशंसक to a single club is to post as much as आप can. However i believe if आप just post/comment one word syllables it doesn't work. I think you're posts and टिप्पणियाँ etc have to be reliable and a great length :s
आप could try sending snugglebum a message as she is a dedicated प्रशंसक on the नारूटो spot :) She may be able to tell आप how she managed it :P

First of all, read link article, it will answer सवालों about पदक for you. And from personal experience, it doesn't take the much to get medals, but it really varies. I've gotten dedicated पदक in like a few days of being active या a few weeks. The die-hard and fanatics take a lot longer though.

as babyblud said, it involves posting alot and praying that everyone else likes it! if i recall correctly, the secret lies in how much people rate your submissions!
