Also, vitamin C (found in oranges, lemons, etc) is good for fighting off infections.

thx and i guess ill ask my mom when she comes घर from work to get me some soup. but there is also a rash under my nose from wiping it with a tissue so much, so whenever i eat, it hurts real bad!

Aww, I hate that!! I usually put some vaseline/lip balm on it, that helps a bit! :)
