I still don't understand how Jenna became blind, can someone explain please?

Well, here is what they believe happened: They set off fireworks (a stink bomb in the show), trying to scare creepy Toby in his पेड़ house, but it went wrong because Alison saw something that freaked her out and her aim went screwy and she accidently set it off toward the house, where it went through the window and hit Jenna in the face.

alison threw a smoke bomb into tobys club house, but toby wasn't in there jenna was, and it hit her in the eye!

all 5 girls were trying on clothes and ali thought she seen toby's reflection so she went to his गेराज thinking tht no one was in there and she put a bomb and jenna was in there so she got blind!
