With the sound of rhythmic drums and beautiful Cornish landscapes, the story of our hero opens. A woman, astride an uncontrolled horse, blots across the rolling green hills in Cornwall. The rider cries out in distress, but not a soul comes to her aid. Elizabeth, formerly known as a Poldark now turned Warleggan races along the cliffs, unable to bring the station to a halt. The distance between a steep, watery fall and she closes. The gap becoming smaller with each leap and bound. But off in the distance, a man stands holding his घोड़े लगाम, बाक़ी in check. Ross sees the oncoming disaster and rushes to the aid of Elizabeth. He manages to bring the mount to a full stop. But in return for his efforts to save the women, she shows nothing but a heartless demeanor. It has been eight months, but the scars have yet to heal. At least for, Elizabeth, that is. Why would she act in this manner to Ross? Is it because she is Warleggan, and shares the same hatred for Ross as George, her husband does? She feels hatred for Ross, but she feels it because she believes he betrayed her. Ross has let the past fade away. Why can't she do the same? या has she already?

The wait is finally over. We were left with Ross and Demelza, resolving to repair the broken marriage caused द्वारा the act between Ross and Elizabeth. Things have changed a lot since the series closed out with the ships departing for France. Eight months has passed, Ross and Demelza struggle to leave what happened in the past and surge on to the future. Ross, noe prospering tin mine owner, and estate squire lives a comfortable life at Nempara. Caroline, has been tending to her uncle, who is dying of what was called the sugar disease. (Now known as diabetes.) Her uncle, Ray, wishes to see her marry a wealthy lord, but the young heiress will not hear of it. She is waiting for the दिन when Dwight will return to wed her. Some newcomers are seen to. मक्खी, ड्रैक, ड्रेक and Sam Carne, Demelzas brothers. Both are miners like their father and brother-in-law, but both are so different. मक्खी, ड्रैक, ड्रेक is like Demelza, kind and thoughtful and always with a song on his lips. Sam, to, is kind, but he wishes to be a zealous preacher, following in his fathers footsteps. They have come to Nempara. But will they stay? We will just have to wait and see. Another new face pops onto the screen. Her name is Morwenna. She is Elizabeths cousin, and now governess and companion to her son. Of course, George was the one who arranged that. As for George and Elizabeth. There is not much to say. After all, they are not what आप would a couple that is really in love. Then again, it is George we are talking about. Elizabeth is expecting the new Warleggan child. It is still to be determined if Ross is the father या not. But I speak for all Poldark प्रशंसकों when I say I hope that is not the case.

Once again the writers and directors of the series have delivered a stunning masterpiece to our screens. When every episode, every season, the storyline and drama becomes better and और intense. The प्यार and passion portrayed द्वारा the actors is beautiful. And the unforgettable scenery and landscapes add a romantic and dramatic atmosphere to the show.
