To be honest Nozomi-chan/Zoey doesn't seem like the jealous type,and I'm sure if that were to happen,I'm sure she would support Hikari-chan and even try to help her out during that time,so no I don't think she would be jealous.
Since Paul doesn't like Dawn (not even as a friend) there's no need for Zoey to be jealous. But IF the Pokemon world turns upside down and they start liking each other, I think Zoey would mind it...Barry and Kenny too x)
Kenny would be happy for Dawn since they're close friends..But Barry? No way. He would rush over to Paul and say "I'm fining you for trying to steal Dawn's heart", then challange him to a battle xD
But Dawn's a nice girl. If Zoey says she likes Paul, Dawn would never be with him ^_^

paul doesnt seem to like any1 but himself so i dnt they wud get 2gether....but IF they did...i think zoey wud mind bcuz she wud ask dawn "y do u like that guy...all he has done is annoy u nd hes a total jerk???" zoey wud scare paul in2 making him put dawn b4 himself....that cud work i guess.....but as i said b4....paul nd dawn will NOT b in a realtionship....

Yes, I think that Zoey intrigues that guy so shadowy and full of himself.And Paul .. Well at the end I think he feels deep admiration for that girl, tough and outspoken.
As for Dawns' admirers .. Kenny knows Dawn considers him a good friend. And Barry has ALWAYS sought in various episodes the Dawn's attention and consideration. And her as well. In short .. At Zoey would burden a little the abrupt interest between Dawn and Paul ..As well as Barry.
