How do i get to route 224

Okay, I haven't played the game for a long time, but I'm gonna try to help आप get there.
First, आप have to beat the Elite 4 and Cynthia. In order to meet them, आप must travel through Victory Road.
When आप have defeated them, you'll start at Twinleaf Town again...I think...Anyway. Go back to the league.
To get to Route 224, you're gonna need a pokemon that knows Rock Smash, Strenght and Rock Climb.
Then a pokemon that knows Waterfall and Surf.
Maybe you're gonna need a पोकेमोन that knows Defog too. आप don't really need the पोकेमोन that knows Defog, but it would make it easier for you.
Now I'm gonna try to guide आप to Route 224. Start outside the पोकेमोन league.
1. Go down the waterfall.
2. Go to the victory road.
3. Go over the bridge.
4. Down the rocks.
5. Go to the left and then up.
Then you're gonna see a man. There's stairs right behind him. Go up the stairs and go over the bridge. Then आप just have to follow the road until आप find an exit. The victory road will continue once आप go through it, but it's the "door" to Route 224. Follow the road to the अगला "room".
Then आप find a girl who asks आप for help. (I can't remember her name) I think her पोकेमोन was...an Arcanine? The girl is going the same way as आप are, so आप kinda have to help her. Help her find the exit and follow the road until आप get to Route 224.
