Note To Self,

It’s been nearly a month. I’m not sure what happened, but Skipper is in the worst shape of his life. Private and I have both made various attempts to talk to him, but he refuses to say a word. On another note, he won’t eat his fish, anymore. Private tells me that he somehow feels responsible. I somehow doubt it. But, with the way things are looking, who knows what’s wrong with Skipper? I only wish that he would tell me something. It wouldn’t even have to be about this situation. I simply need to know if he’s still sane.

Besides, he’s starting to frighten Private....

“What’s going on, Skippa?” Private appeared from behind the conversing crowd that had gathered near the fishbowl ladder. This cluster of जानवर now included the four penguins and Marlene, who appeared to have brought along some important news.

“We’ve received word that Alice and her coworkers are planning some sort of diabolical meeting at the Zoovenir.” Kowalski answered, instead. Marlene was quick to intervene, though.

“Whoa, whoa, whoa! I did not say anything about it being diabolical!” the ऊद, ओटर, ऊदबिलाव claimed with her hands of her hips. She had only been there for probably 8 minutes...

Author's Note: Finally, a homework assignment I WANT to do! My English teacher told us that we had to write a "frame story," या a story about someone telling a story. She कहा it could be any genre, and about anything we wanted (as long as it's school appropriate, of course). Naturally, I took the opportunity to write this. I was actually planning on making it a Denmark story when I first thought of it, but then my brain said, "LOL, nope." Anywho, I hope आप enjoy पढ़ना my homework assignment as much as I enjoyed making it! LOL, that sounds weird.
