Dear Readers,

The song 'Shadows of the Past' is a song I wrote that has a whole lot to do with the Crossroads story. The penguins finally made it to JFK International. As they suspected, the power was out. It wasn't hard to sneak through the airport with the civilians distracted with panic, crying children, and others who were demanding their money back for the plane tickets that they obviously couldn't use anymore. Once they made it to the shoreline, Skipper gave the orders. "Okay men! We go in two man teams! Kowalski! आप and Rico scope out the-" Chink! "What was that?" Kowalski's eyes widened. "Skipper! I slowed my pace, but I could hear wing-beats and heavy footsteps behind me. I looked over my shoulder. Hans was hot on my trail, anger and hatred burning in his eyes. Further behind him were at least two-dozen guards. I couldn't stop here. I sped up, kicking the pavement behind me with my feet. I ducked underneath a vehicle as it sped by. I swear it just about made me have an early molt. I focussed ahead, forgetting the truck. A lady's high-heeled feet stood in my way. I braced myself, shooting like a blackand white bullet right between her legs. The woman shrieked like a headless chicken...

Once he got to him, he lied his gun down and examined his wound. It was deep. He couldn't even see the bullet. Blood covered his entire shoulder and he was sweating. There was sign of infection. "What's your name soldier?" Fahlcon asked. "Hans...Hans Gruber." The man answered. He spoke with a Danish accent. He had dark hair and hazel eyes. A deserted, wrecked Central Park Zoo was shown and there are screens with Blowhole's face on them. It looked like an apocylyptic wasteland Skipper was talking about a long time ago. A periscope came out of the hole of the पेंगुइन habitat. In the पेंगुइन HQ, Kowalski put the finishing touches on his new mobile Chronotron.
"Alright, it's complete," Kowalski said.
When Private heard that, he locked every entrance in the HQ so that Blowhole wouldn't hear. He was और frightened than usual.
