The Truth, Lies, and Doris - A Dorski प्रशंसक fiction: Part 2 - Coney Island
*Sniff, sniff*
(Sea salt, rollercoaster grease and all-beef franks?)
Kowalski quickly stood up, still half-asleep, and looked around. He moved a step closer to किनारा, शोर to get a better view and tripped over something small. He picked it up, "A crushed soda can?"
Kowalski realized he had washed up onto Coney Island based on the colorful machines and the carousel, and with this he also remembered yesterday's drama. Skipper's betrayal, Doris's lie... Kowalski frowned at the thought.
(How could Skipper तारीख, दिनांक Doris without telling me? Why would Doris agree to being with him? Did she always like Skipper better? Is this why she decided to push us apart? Did my poem mean nothing to her?) Kowalski's head circled with thoughts as he stared at the ancient and multicolored Ferris Wheel. The lights from the numerous entertainment machinery and the sounds of humans laughing brought his mind back to the world around him. The smell of मछली sticks finally got the better of his stomach, and he headed for the nearest खाना stand. He peered from the piles of sand and some बिना सोचे समझे trash that had been left on the shore. Kowalski sneaked behind the खाना stand making sure no humans would see him and found a pile of dropped मछली sticks that missed the trashcan.
(Contaminated and bitten breaded मछली that barely serve to my dietary needs. Just great.)
Kowalski ate them anyways, being too hungry to reject the fish. After several मिनटों of trying to finish the मछली sticks, he ended up eating only four of them. An obese seagull landed अगला to him and ate the rest of the food. (This may be my chance to get directions to a train station.)
"Um.. excuse me local seabird?" Kowalski asked.
The seagull lifted his head up and looked at Kowalski with a want-do-you-want look.
"Yea? What's your problem flightless bird?"
Kowalski's patience was running thin after the insult, but he continued in a calm voice anyways.
"Can आप direct me to the nearest train station? I'm in quite a hurry, so just give me the basic instructions and I'll be on my way." He pulled out his clipboard and waited for the seagull to respond.
The seagull pondered on whether to fly away and leave the poor पेंगुइन there या to help him out, and he finally agreed."Ugh fine. Get to Mermaid Ave. and from there go to north onto किनारा, शोर Parkway. Then keep going north until आप reach crossroads with Highway 278. Turn right and keep going along that road for awhile 'till you're near the Manhattan bridge. It will be around there somewhere.
"Thanks again for the help!"
The seagull shrugged, "Meh. No problem flightless."
Kowalski crept past the humans walking by, not daring to go into the sunlight so not to be seen. While hiding in a पेड़ on mermaid Ave., Kowalski heard familiar voices.
"Private, he has to be here somewhere! He couldn't just have disappeared in the mist!"
(Skipper?), Kowalski thought.
"But Skippa! He could be anywhere in New York द्वारा now, don't आप think we should just rest and find him tomorrow. I mean, it is-"
"Private! We do not pause an operation just to 'rest'!",Skipper कहा firmly.
"But... why do आप think he left Skippa?"
"Oh... um... I don't know! Maybe he was out getting...science stuff and he got stuck in one of Blowhole's traps! So keep searching!"
(Skipper. Private. Maybe Rico? I have to get a better view.)
Kowalski climbed to the चोटी, शीर्ष of the oak and looked up and down the street. There was Skipper with his binoculars, Private with the tracking device that Kowalski accidently left at the dock, and Rico sniffing the ground for signs of him. They were also like Kowalski, staying in the shade या hiding behind objects so as not to be seen.
(Ack! They probably are using some DNA of mine to locate me with the tracking device, and Rico has a great sense of smell for a penguin! I have to get to that train station quick!)
Kowalski created a plan to हटाइए in silence and swiftness, using the skills that he learned when he was still in training. The पेंगुइन decided to make a slide toward the समुद्र तट and hide behind the multiple piles of trash there and he used the trees as cover and transportation. Once he got to the parkway, he would be able हटाइए द्वारा ground and jump on चोटी, शीर्ष of vehicles to get to the station quicker.
Kowalski bounced from पेड़ to पेड़ and landed in a trashcan on किनारा, शोर Parkway.
(Keep moving, Kowalski!)
Kowalski stepped out of the trashcan and dusted himself off. A shiny red claw reached out from behind him and wacked Kowalski viciously on the head, and the startled पेंगुइन लॉस्ट his balance. Kowalski's vision became filled with stars as he started to lose his conscious, and the last thing he hears is,
"You'll be visiting a very familiar dolphin, penguin..."

TDH: this is a remake to the movie with the same title. The character's personalities may be somewhat altered to fit the characters from the movie. Please read and review. Rated T for sexuality and some language.
Narrator: This is a story of Boy meets Girl.
The boy, Kowalski, grew up thinking he'd never truly be happy until the दिन he met The One. This belief stands from early exposure to Skipper's hard training and being cooped up in his lab making recipes for disaster.
The girl, Summer, did not share this belief. Since the separation from her family, she only loved two things. The first was her long feathery hair. The सेकंड was how easily she could cut it off, and feel nothing.
Kowalski meets Summer on January 8th. He knows almost immediately, she is who he's been searching for.
This is a story of Boy meets Girl, but आप should know upfront, this is not a प्यार story.
