Is Neberrie Padme's middle name? If not, what?

Padmé was born as Padmé Naberrie. Naberrie is the last name of her father, Ruwee. When she became Queen, she got the name Amidala. Apperently the queens of Naboo get other names. Maybe for protection cause they also wear make-up, and nobody knows their first name. So when she became senator, I assume they still named her Amidala.
And when she married Anakin, she also got the name Skywalker.
So yeah, she's got a lot of last names. ;D

neberrie is her birth name then she got amidala when she was क्वीन then when she got married it became skywalker so she has three last names. but nobody but her and anakin knows about the third.
