Yea, sad songs are great, but listen to more happy songs is always good. =P

Btw, this was a hard pick for me too. It was really a tie between Run and Wake Me Up When Septembers Ends.. Both of them are so beautifull and so sad. But i guess i have to go with Green Day. =)

A lot of Evanescence's songs are sad, like Missing and My Immortal. But i think Hello was the one that most touched me. =)

It's got a lot more to do with what you relate the song to. Even if you heard a happy song, say, after someone died and you were mourning, you'd still find it a sad song. But if you listened to a sad song all summer but it was a good summer, then you would think of it as a happy song. If you understand what I'm trying to say... :P

i go through phases of sad songs that i love, at this moment in time its civil twilight, such a good song perfectly ieced together. i live for sad and deressing songs they almost have an opposite effect on me and in a way make me happy

WOW. a lot of these work, but my best friend's dad died, and her brother works at a radio station and dedicated this to him, so it always brings back really sad memories, and causes me to remember all the pain of that day, and everything else about that day. I have A LOT of saddest songs and some aren't even about sadness or remotely sad, but because i associate them with something sad, and they remind me of that sadness and pain, it is considered a saddest song. But on this list...
