Neith of these two have been the best parents but the difference is Dan actually cares for his sons he doesn't always show it. I mean if he was truly heartless and didn't care he never would have taken the wrap for Nathan with the Daunte car accident thing or pulling Lucas out of the car and taken him to the hospital. With Victoria all she cares about is Money and doesn't care if she hurts Brooke's feelings.

Yeh but it's not who's the worst it's who's the most heartless - i don't think Carrie is heartless or else losing her son wouldn't have made her go round the bend. Dan is all over the place he's vengeful and selfish but not heartless. Victoria is nasty, she doesn't seem capable of being a good person, however she also doesn't seem like she could go to the extreme of killing someone it's like she doesn't have enough emotion for it! She is SO the most heartless!

Dan has a conscience because he loves jamie and is trying to be a better man (even though he may have failed in the past)
I would have picked carrie, but she cried over the death of her son and she "loves" jamie (poor kid), so she has a heart in there somewhere.

Carrie is trying to fill a gap in her own life by taking someone else's child and forcing them to feel the pain she feels. It doesn't get much more heartless than that.

we've been shown that dan and carrie have a bit of a heart. bitchtoria is just... a bitch. she doesn't care about her daughter at all..
