georgiapeach91 Great article Terra! I'm all for stopping the fights. I'm tired of the constant Brucas vs. Leyton argument on every pick. I've never understood how a pick about who has prettier hair turns into a Leyton vs. Brucas war. We all ship different couples, but that doesn't mean we have to hate each other. No Brucaser should say Leyton sucks, or Leytoner say Brucas sucks. People can ship whoever the heck they want. We all know who ships Leyton and who ships Brucas, and we can still have friends who are from other ships.

livelovelaugh u hate it 2 but its never gonna stop both sets of fans start trouble so the others retaliate but ive noticed its been happening more latley

naley_4ever I totally agree, terra! I hate the fighting! i never take part in any of it, but i think it should stop, especially around this time of year. I've noticed more fights recently, too.

alessandra_28 I have been part of one of those fights a few days ago...but it's cool now Meharj and I made peace and we are getting along fine now. I think that's what we all should do...after all before being brucas fans or leyton fans we are oth fans!!!

brattynemz These are only MY observations, don't hate me for it. And I tried to be as unbiased as possible, although the latter part cannot be, since I only know one side to the story. I noticed that more fights have been occurring lately, I don't know if the newbies are starting it or some people are just short tempered or some are just downright immature and rude or some just do it for fun or some just wanna be popular, you know? I don't understand why people can't have a debate without losing their temper, why people have to start calling each other names, why people go to the opposite couple's spot and participate in their activities (when clearly it's not intended for them).. What I do get is that we have difference in opinions and we are entitled to that, it's how you put words to it that starts the fight. And when a fight starts, it's either you are careless or you just don't care. So, which is which? I think people are just prejudiced (OMG, she's an LPer, I hate her now!), people don't give themselves the chance to know others, and they don't give others the chance to show themselves (Whatever, I'm cool.). Some are still dwelling in the past, they haven't forgiven a certain fan and some just go with the flow (You hate her, okay, I hate her now, too!). I actually found it stupid, even funny, at first but eventually it got too much, it's still stupid, but it's so annoying! As a BL fan, I've experienced being called a crappy BL fan (turns out she's one amazing sweet girl ♥), my polls ruined (either because of rude comments like This is stupid! or some other people adding anti-Brucas answers) and my stuff rated low. It sure pisses me off, I mean, who wouldn't? But it passes, there's a time to confront others, a time to bitch about it and time to let go. I don't hold grudges against anyone (except for those who have truly hurt me, lol) and I think I've kept quite good relations (if there is any, lol) with most of the LP fans. I don't think we are friends yet (tell me if we are, I don't wanna be too assuming!), but we don't have problems with each other and we can enjoy a conversation without wanting to rip each other's faces off. TBH LP fans, when you did that switching ships thingy, it actually pissed me off. When I think about it now, it def wasn't funny. You were mocking our couple, but yeah, we did let you guys have your kind of fun, and now it's not a big deal anymore. [See, it's not so hard!] And we got to you by using anti-LP icons, of course, you, too, were pissed off but there were no fights, right? We didn't have to call each other names and stuff like that. [Again, not so hard!] And in spirit of all honesty, I really think there is some kind of injustice here and there, don't blame me for thinking that my girls are angels. I know we are the most passionate (love and hate) fans in TV's history, and I think the LP fans I came to know here in fanpop are the most passionate ones for I feel like they are always on guard, ready to pounce at any BL fan. I'm not saying that is bad, not at all, when you're in it for the right reasons. But please, everyone, remember we love the same God damn show, eventhough we don't love the same characters (that is bound to happen!). So come on, let's kiss and make up. lol. PS. I like debates, it's a brain exercise. lol. And I'd love fights once in a while. It's fun. But too much of it, specially with the wrong/absurd reasons, no thanks. That's long, I hope you guys will read it and I hope you won't think any less of me after. :)

saBRUCAS This is a good artcile but the truth of the matter is this fight is never going to end. Like everytime I even try, some LP fan is going to just say something like "LP is endgame, LP is the couple to ship, LP is better than BL, BL was all about sex, BL was highschool, they're over move on" Why do you have to tell me that? I still like BL better! I obviously dont think so, so why even bother. Another thing that pisses me off is that everytime I say something Pro Brucas atleast one LP fan is going to bash it in someway or another. And I dont like it but if they say something Im going to say something back. And Im soooooo sick of people saying Im not a good OTH fan and because of that Im not a good BL fan. To be honest I am NOT an OTH fan I am a BL fan first! I watched BECAUSE of them, so how are you going to tell me that I am stupid for not watching the show because there is more to it? the "more" in OTH was Brucas for me. SO I dont know why people have a problem with that.

nandacavalieri I agree. I don't come to OTH spot every day(just these last few days) but I'm sick of these fights! Many of my Fanpop friends are Brucas (or Jeyton) and I really don't care (well, it would be great if they were Leyton, but each one with her/his favorites). We could be at least more civilizade, like Hameron/Huddy in House spot. All these fights don't lead to anywhere, just get people hurt... it cleary won't change OTH, so please, STOP! Peace!!
