VERY close between Cora & Zelena but I have a longer history of love for Barbara Hershey and I think she's a bit more talented, not taking anything away from Rebecca Mader.

Besides Regina? Emma of course. I like Maleficent and Lily. And I'm starting to like Zelena, too.
