She told Emma she deserves her happy ending, implying that it was with Neal, when Emma told her about the kiss, Snow's reaction was, "I'm sure Neal will understand" and she is the one who told Emma about Neal. I think she likes their story and wants Emma to be with the father of her child. Also because she knows Emma is in love with Neal while she's been ambiguous with her feelings about Hook.

I can't be 100% sure but the look on her face when Hook revealed his "darkest" secret while they were in the Echo Cave tells me otherwise,contrary to the popular belief.

Of course with Neal, Henry's father. & to be honest wanting her daugter with a pirate? It doesn't seem right.....
