This is a well-known quote from Once Upon A Time, first uttered द्वारा Rumplestilskin in the season 1 episode The Price Of Gold. When I first heard it, I assumed that he was saying this simply to manipulate सिंडरेला and to justify killing her fairy-godmother. I was surprised to hear other characters, and प्रशंसकों in this club, later repeating it as if it were gospel.
