Why didn't Rumple या Belle have a गाना number in the musical episode?

They actually added his exact words into the episode "I'd rather gouge my eyes out with a rusty fork."

But he sang in a movie called California Solo.

Well, that was then, this is now. Maybe he didn't like गाना for that movie and didn't want to sing again.
