Depends xD Hinata is far to kind to hurt someone during a simple spar but if it were life या death I would say probably Hinata because of her 'gentle step twin lion fist' while all Sakura has is super strength withought chakra she can't even use it xD
I think it would be Sakura, simply because she's now a part of the new "legendary three" and was trained द्वारा Tsunade (in fact Hashirama compared her to Tsunade!).
