Hopefully ShikaTema, although Kishimoto kind of killed it when he कहा he didn't want to write any romance for Shikamaru. But they're basically the only couple I like, other than the ones that are already canon.
Three years isn't too much of a difference, especially when they grow older. I myself am dating a girl two years older than me; I don't see what's so wrong.
